BNI Support had dabbled in social media, with some disappointing results and wondered how they, as a franchise with 128 chapters and some 2,650 members throughout New Zealand should be using it for best results.

We presented to an audience made up of the National Director, all Regional Directors plus support staff on how BNI New Zealand can lead the way globally for the BNI brand, in using social media to not only attract new members, but enhance their core offering of driving business referrals for existing members.
