By registering with Mosh Social Media Limited (“Mosh”) as an influencer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Campaign Participation:

You agree to create content for Thin Lizzy, a brand owned by Brand Developers Limited, based on a separate brief and instructions provided by Mosh.

You grant Mosh and Brand Developers Limited the right to use, modify, and share the content you create for the campaign across their marketing channels and with third parties.

Content Requirements:

You agree to include the designated handle for Thin Lizzy (provided by Mosh) in a tag within your content and prominently mention Thin Lizzy in the caption.

You agree to keep the content live on your social media channel for a minimum of 6 months after posting.

Payment:

Compensation for your participation in the campaign will be agreed upon separately via email, message, or other written communication.

Payment will typically consist of Thin Lizzy products, but may also include a cash payment as mutually agreed.

Cash payment will be made within 30 days of Mosh receiving a valid tax invoice issued by you to Mosh Social Media Limited.
