Terms & Conditions – Mosh Events Promotion

1. Promotion Overview
By participating in this promotion hosted by Mosh Social Media Limited on 27 May 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The promotion includes:

  • A free professional headshot.
  • A chance to win $2,000 in “Mosh Bucks” redeemable for Mosh Social Media Limited services.
  • A chance to play our claw machine.

2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in New Zealand. Employees of Mosh Social Media Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Information
By submitting your details, you consent to Mosh Social Media Limited collecting and using your personal information — including name, email address, phone number, and business or brand name — for the purposes of:

  • Administering this promotion;
  • Sending you marketing communications (via email or other means) about Mosh Social Media Limited’s services;
  • Contacting you regarding your participation in this promotion.

All data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Marketing Communications
By entering the promotion, you agree to receive email marketing and promotional messages from Mosh Social Media Limited. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@mosh.co.nz.

5. Headshot Storage and Access
All headshots taken on 27 May 2025 will be saved in a Google Drive folder that is accessible to anyone with the link. By participating, you agree to your headshot being uploaded to this publicly accessible folder.

Headshots will be retained for 3 months and permanently deleted after 27 August 2025.

If you do not wish for your headshot to be included in the shared folder, you must notify Mosh Social Media Limited on the day of the event or by contacting info@mosh.co.nz.

6. Prize Details
The winner will receive $2,000 in “Mosh Bucks”, which can be applied as a credit toward any quoted service provided by Mosh Social Media Limited. Services include (but are not limited to) strategy sessions, training workshops, content creation, photo and video production, and campaign execution.

  • The credit may be used in full or in part against an invoice.
  • The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • The credit must be applied within 6 months of the issue date.

7. Winner Selection and Public Announcement
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via the contact details provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

By entering, you consent to Mosh Social Media Limited announcing the winner’s first name and business/brand name publicly on its social media channels and in its email newsletter.

8. Withdrawal of Consent
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This includes:

  • Opting out of future communications;
  • Requesting removal of your headshot from the shared folder;
  • Requesting deletion of your personal information.

To withdraw consent, contact info@mosh.co.nz. Upon receiving your request, we will act promptly unless we are required by law to retain your data for a longer period.

9. Limitation of Liability
Mosh Social Media Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting or using the prize.

10. Changes to Terms
Mosh Social Media Limited reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
