The Auckland Chamber of Commerce team were taking a very scattered approach to social media, using multiple platforms and unsure of what effect each one was having or how to benchmark performance.

We undertook a discovery process, establishing high level objectives, available resources and abilities and what their marketplace looked like in terms of customers, partners and competitors.

We realigned the Chamber’s efforts and through our Social Media Content Program, gave them the tools and structure to transform their social media presence into a lean mean engagement machine, that targets their specific market of SMEs.
