I’m always impressed when someone picks up on and articulates a problem I hadn’t identified but have experienced. George Nimeh does exactly that in this open letter to Mark Zuckerberg, asking why the Facebook news feed seems to be so random and geared towards what Facebook thinks we should see instead of what we’d actually like to see.
